Get to know Kathleen

Why have you chosen to be part of the Marywood Alumni Association Board of Directors?

Having been an undergraduate, graduate and now member of the IHM Congregation, Marywood holds a significant place in my heart. I am happy to be able to give back in some way for all I have been given.

What is your favorite memory from your time as a student at Marywood University?

As a resident student, it was the wonderful relationships formed with those I lived on Campus with.

What advice would you give a student attending Marywood?

I would pose the question from the poem "The Summer Day" by Mary Oliver. "tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

What were you involved with during your time as a student at Marywood University? (athletics, clubs, etc.)

As a transfer student, I completed my degree in my Junior & Senior year. There wasn't much discretionary time but I was involved in several of the athletic programs.
