Emily is a Registered Dietitian with 10 years experience in clinical nutrition and sports nutrition. She received her BS in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minor in science, as well as her MS in Sports Nutrition & Exercise Science from Marywood University. She continued her education by becoming a board-certified specialist in Lifestyle Medicine and Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness instructor. She is currently accepted into the International Olympic Committee Sports Nutrition Diploma program, with the goal to receive her Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics credential. Her sports nutrition interests include REDs/energy availability & female athlete nutrition. When she is not studying nutrition, Emily enjoys running, reading, camping, & live music.
