Many moons ago, Meg worked for American Education Services (a division of PHEAA). She served several roles within the student loan servicing field, including new-hire customer service training and resolving high-profile student borrower account issues. Her knowledge led her into the technical field, becoming a systems analyst assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of online alternative loan applications for private lending firms.
After detours through other fields and industries, Meg is back to helping students and parents navigate the complex world of financial aid, from grants to loans to scholarships. Administratively, Meg is responsible for handling the Pennsylvania State Grant program and all other special programs apportioned by PHEAA such as the Ready to Succeed Scholarship and Military Family Education Programs here at Marywood.
