Sr. Rachel Terry, IHM is serves as the Director of Campus Ministry in the Office of Campus Ministry and Community Service. She is a liturgist and retreat coordinator and provides sacramental preparation, spiritual accompaniment, and various prayer/spirituality experiences for the Marywood community. Sister collaborates with her colleagues in the areas of service and leadership development.
Sr. Rachel is a graduate of the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago where she earned her Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies. While at CTU, she studied under some of the nation’s premier Scripture scholars and theologians and participated as a practicum student in adult faith formation. Prior to her role in Campus Ministry, she served as a music educator, children’s choir director, and liturgical musician in schools and parishes in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Marywood University. A member of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary since 2004, Sr. Rachel’s ministry and service is animated by Gospel values, the charism of the IHM Sisters, and the spirit of their founders.
