Maintenance Building and Power Plant

The Maintenance Building and Power Plant are located on University Avenue near the O'Neill Center for Healthy Families and used by staff who keep our campus beautiful and running well.The mission of the Buildings and Grounds Department is to provide an optimum learning, teaching, working, and safe environment for Marywood students, faculty, and staff. The Buildings and Grounds Department accomplishes this goal through teamwork, foresight, and dedication in caring for the physical environment of this campus and by fostering its continuous improvement.

Normal hours of operation for the Buildings and Grounds/Maintenance are 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Maintenance Building is staffed for emergencies 24 hours/day and on all holidays.
